Department To Work In Close Cooperation With Commission For Human Rights

39-7-104. Department to work in close cooperation with commission for human rights. It is the intent of the legislature that the functions in the department of labor and industry delineated in this part pertaining to the status of women shall, where appropriate, be performed in close cooperation with the commission for human rights.
