Applicability Of Other Provisions Of Chapter To Fund

39-71-505. Applicability of other provisions of chapter to fund. All appropriate provisions in the Workers' Compensation Act apply to the fund in the same manner as they apply to compensation plans No. 1, 2, and 3.
