State Tribunals And Support Enforcement Agency

40-5-1003. State tribunals and support enforcement agency. (1) The district courts and the department of public health and human services are the tribunals of this state.

(2) The department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201 is the support enforcement agency of this state.
