Cure For Failure Of Service

75-20-212. Cure for failure of service. Inadvertent failure of service on or notice to any of the municipalities, government agencies, or persons identified in 75-20-211 may be cured pursuant to orders of the department designed to afford them adequate notice to enable their effective participation in the proceeding.
