Effect Of Orders, Rules, And Regulations

87-1-203. Effect of orders, rules, and regulations. All orders and rules and regulations for the enforcement of the powers granted to the department shall take effect and be in force after publication and posting as prescribed in this chapter and when so published or posted shall constitute legal notice.
