90-1-155. Definitions. As used in sections 90-1-154 through 90-1-159, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:

(1) "Commission" means the Montana-Ireland trade commission established in 2-15-1839.

(2) "Department" means the department of commerce established in 2-15-1801.
