Effect On Hospital Districts

7-2-6107. Effect on hospital districts. Hospital district boundaries impacted by a change of boundary under this part must be adjusted to ensure the affected property is relocated to the hospital district that is accessible to the affected property or to the new hospital district created by the petition.
