Deposit Of Fees, Fines, And Costs

37-16-408. Deposit of fees, fines, and costs. Fees, fines, and costs collected under this chapter, except those collected by a justice's court, must be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the department, subject to appropriations and 37-1-101(6).
