Part 2. State Electrical Board

Rulemaking Power

37-68-201. Rulemaking power. (1) The board shall meet quarterly and at other times that the board considers necessary.

(2) The board shall adopt rules for the administration of this chapter, for the licensing of electrical contractors, and for the examination of master, journeyman, and residential electricians.
