Power Of Governor To Enter Into Contracts

46-19-303. Power of governor to enter into contracts. The governor may designate the department of corrections to enter into contracts recommended by the department on behalf of this state as may be appropriate to implement the participation of this state in the Western Interstate Corrections Compact pursuant to 46-19-301.
