Funding

52-6-105. (Temporary) Funding. Twenty percent of the operational costs of a battered spouses and domestic violence program must come from the local community served by the program. The local contribution may include in-kind contributions. (Repealed effective October 1, 2024--sec. 7, Ch. 62, L. 2023, sec. 9, Ch. 62, L. 2023.)
