Incentive Program -- Rulemaking

53-21-1016. Incentive program -- rulemaking. (1) The department shall develop an incentive program to provide additional financial support to certified community behavioral health clinics that demonstrate exceptional quality outcome measures.

(2) The department shall adopt rules to implement this section.
