Optional Loan -- Use Or Exchange -- Applicability Of Entire Chapter

70-7-101. Optional loan -- use or exchange -- applicability of entire chapter. A loan that the borrower is allowed by the lender to treat as a loan for use or for exchange, at the borrower's option, is subject to all of the provisions of this chapter.
