Receipt Of Gifts, Grants, Or Donations For Research Purposes

80-11-208. Receipt of gifts, grants, or donations for research purposes. The department may receive any gifts, grants, or donations for any research of scientific inquiries conducted under this part and may spend them in compliance with the conditions of the grants, gifts, and donations.
