Rules To Be Adopted By Department Of Livestock

81-20-207. Rules to be adopted by department of livestock. The department of livestock shall enforce this part and adopt rules necessary for the enforcement of this part, including rules for the processing, handling, and marketing of egg products whether shell, liquid, frozen, or dried.
