Fish, Wildlife, And Parks Offices

87-1-106. Fish, wildlife, and parks offices. The principal offices of the commission, the board, and the department must be located in or near Helena, and suitable and adequate space therefor together with janitor services, light, heat, and water must be furnished by the state of Montana.
