The Legislative Finance Committee Pensions and Local Government Subcommittee will meet via video conference beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 4.

The subcommittee will get updates from Legislative Fiscal Division staff on state and local government infrastructure as well as Entitlement Share growth.

Also on the agenda:

• a discussion with the State Public Defender’s office
• pension provisions of HB 553
• creating questions for an outside consultant
