52-5-127. Control over youth released under aftercare agreement. The department of corrections has control over a youth released under 52-5-126 until the youth attains the age of 19 years unless the youth is discharged by the department before age 19. However, the youth is subject to the continuing jurisdiction of the youth courts of Montana, pursuant to 41-5-205, for acts committed by the youth while under the control of the department.
