52-5-128. Detention of youth who violates aftercare agreement. A youth who violates the terms and conditions of the youth's aftercare agreement may be detained by the department of corrections or by a law officer of the state, county, or city of the state upon certificates in writing to the officer by the department to the effect that the youth has violated the terms and conditions of the youth's aftercare agreement.
