7-21-3430. Certification of budget to boards of county commissioners. The secretary shall certify to each board of county commissioners the amount of the budget and the amount of revenue to be raised by the county for these purposes and shall file a certified copy thereof with the clerk of the board of county commissioners of each of the counties in the district on or before June 1 of each year.
