7-21-3431. Meeting on fair district budget. The respective boards of county commissioners of the counties comprising the district shall meet in joint assembly with their county fair commissioners during the first week of June of each year and jointly consider the budget proposed by the board of directors of the district and give such approval or suggest such amendments or modifications as they think proper and desirable.
