7-6-2113. Effect of failure to make treasurer's report. If any county treasurer neglects or refuses to settle or report as required in 7-6-2112, he forfeits and must pay to the county the sum of $500 for every such neglect or refusal. The board of county commissioners must institute suits for the recovery thereof.
