7-6-2114. Inspection of treasurer's books and records. (1) The books, accounts, and vouchers of the treasurer are at all times subject to the inspection and examination of the board of county commissioners and the grand jury.
(2) The treasurer must permit the department of commerce and county clerk or the board of county commissioners to examine his books and count the money in the treasury when any of them wants to make an examination or counting.
