75-6-213. Wellhead protection -- assessment and viability program. The department may use up to 4% of the federal capitalization grants annually, to:
     (1) establish wellhead protection programs;
     (2) establish and implement source water assessment programs; and
     (3) develop a viability program and assessment of viability programs consistent with Title 75, chapter 6, and the federal act.
