75-6-214. Statutory appropriation. Money in the revolving fund is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, for the purposes of providing financial assistance to public water systems. Money in the administration account authorized by 75-6-211 is subject to legislative appropriation, and expenditures from this account must be made from temporary appropriations, as described in 17-7-501(1) or (2), that are made for that purpose.
