80-4-306. Weevily mustard seed. Weevily mustard seed shall be mustard seed which is infested with live weevil or other insects injurious to stored grain. Weevily mustard seed shall be graded and designated according to the grade requirements of the standards applicable to such mustard seed if it were not weevily, and there shall be added and made a part of the grade designation the word "weevily".
