80-4-307. Administration. The department shall administer and enforce 80-4-301 through 80-4-307. The department may adopt necessary rules to administer and enforce 80-4-301 through 80-4-307. The department shall fix the fees for inspection and weighing of mustard seed, and the fees are a lien upon the mustard seed until paid. The fees shall be collected by the department. The department shall deposit the fees with the state treasurer who shall deposit them in the state special revenue fund. All operating expenses of 80-4-301 through 80-4-307 shall be paid from those fees.
