76-4-1111. Notice of multiple sales or leases to one purchaser or lessee. When five or more lots or parcels within a subdivision subject to the provisions of this part are optioned, leased, or sold to another or when an interest therein is acquired by one owner, lessee, or optionee, the board shall be notified by the parties to the transaction.
