76-4-1112. Required provisions in subdivision sales contracts. Every sales contract relating to the purchase of real property in a subdivision subject to the provisions of this part shall clearly set forth the legal description of the property, the principal amount of the blanket encumbrances outstanding at the date of the contract, and the terms of the contract.
