5-17-303. Authority to incorporate as nonprofit organization -- account established. (1) For the purposes of raising money for the memorial, the committee may incorporate as a nonprofit organization subject to the provisions of Title 35.
     (2) An account is established in the state special revenue fund, as provided in 17-2-102, into which all money raised by the committee must be deposited. The money deposited in the account may be used only for the purposes of designing and erecting the memorial.
