37-31-303. Application for license to practice or teach. An applicant for a license to practice or teach barbering, cosmetology, electrology, esthetics, or manicuring shall file an application prescribed by the board and pass the examination prescribed by the board in order to qualify for licensure. The license must be renewed in accordance with the provisions of 37-31-322.
