37-46-102. (Effective January 1, 2026) Definitions. As used in Title 37, chapter 46, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:

(1) "Board" means the board of allied health care professionals provided for in 2-15-1752.

(2) "Department" means the department of labor and industry provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 17.
