  • ​​​​​​​At its June 17, 2024, hearing, the Economic Affairs Interim Committee (EAIC) objected to MAR notice 42-1076. This rule notice generally relates to the Department of Revenue, Alcohol Control Division’s (Department) implementation of 2023 legislation.

  • The committee voted by roll call to formally object to this rule at the May 2024 meeting. The vote was 7-3 (Sens. Bogner, Fitzpatrick, Noland, Reps. Kassmier, Ler, Marshall, and Nicol voted Yes; Sen. Morigeau, Reps. Karlen and Lynch voted No)
