The Energy and Telecommunications Interim Committee (ETIC) is a partisan committee of the Legislature that conducts interim studies as assigned. The committee also provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Service Regulation (DPSR) and the Public Service Commission (PSC).
The committee's statutory duties are in 5-5-230, MCA.
