Tax Credit Review
Overview
House Bill No. 723 requires the Revenue Interim Committee to review tax credits each interim. The table below shows the tax credits reviewed during the 2019-2020 interim and committee action related to each tax credit. The committee adopted a final report summarizing the results of the tax credit review.
