September 14, 2021: Notice of adoption of temporary emergency rules for ARM 24-174-77 - Board of Pharmacy - DLI - pertaining to waiving the pharmacist to pharmacy technician ratio for vaccine activities and Covid-19 testing - pertaining to allowing any licensed health care provider authorized to administer vaccines within their scope of practice to assist pharmacists in administering vaccines.
