HJ 6 - Study of Coal Severance Tax Trust Fund
Legislative Council assigned the House Joint Resolution No. 6 study to the Revenue Interim Committee. The study ranked fifth among the polled studies.
The committee adopted the HJ 6 Coal Severance Tax Trust Fund Study Final Report, which includes one finding and one recommendation, in June 2022.
