Tax Credit Review
Section 15-30-2303 requires the Revenue Interim Committee to review tax credits each interim.
The committee adopted a final report for the 2021-2022 tax credit review and requested two bills related to the review:
- LC 453: Revise student scholarship organization and innovative education tax credits
- LC 454: Revise tax credit review schedule.
