The Transportation Interim Committee (TIC) is a partisan committee of the Legislature that conducts interim studies as assigned. The committee also provides administrative rule review, draft legislation review, program evaluation, and oversight for the Department of Transportation (MDT) and the Motor Vehicles Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ MVD).
The committee's statutory duties are in 5-5-233, MCA.
